కాంపిటీషన్ యాక్ట్, 2002 యొక్క సెక్షన్ 31 (1) క్రింద ఇచ్చిన ఆదేశానుసారం కాంపిటీషన్ కమిషన్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా నిర్దేశం ప్రకారం, వీడియోకాన్ d2h లిమిటెడ్ ("వీడియోకాన్ d2h”)ని డిష్ టీవీ ఇండియా లిమిటెడ్‌ ("డిష్ టీవీ") (కాంబినేషన్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ నంబర్ -సి-2016/12/463 కలిగి ఉన్నది)తో విలీనం చేసిన కేసులో, డిష్ టీవీ మరియు వీడియోకాన్ d2h లిమిటెడ్ 11 ఆగష్టు 2022 వరకు ఈ క్రింద ఇవ్వబడిన ఖర్చులను భరిస్తాయి:

a. the cost of realigning and re-configuring the receiving antenna installed at customers’ premises, in case the Parties decide to surrender either of the transponders leased by Dish TV and Videocon d2h (as the case may be), so as to make it compatible with the transponders that may be retained by the resultant/ amalgamated entity; and

బి. డిష్ టీవీ మరియు వీడియోకాన్ d2h మధ్య విలీనం కారణంగా కస్టమర్ కోసం మార్చవలసిన యాంటెన్నా మరియు/లేదు సెట్ టాప్ బాక్స్ ఖర్చు.
